Women in the Curriculum, on the Faculty and in the Administration:
Reshaping the Academy for the 21st Century." Her talk
will address several of the crucial issues that surfaced at the
pedagogy round-table and at several discussions during last year's
conference.

SYLLABI
PROJECT
We would like to establish a "Syllabi
Bank" to help generate ideas for courses on these women writers.
If you have a syllabus you would like to share, send either an
electronic
copy or a hard copy to Lisa
Vollendorf at the Department
of Romance Languages, Wayne State University, Detroit MI 48202.
We will post and distribute copies to conference participants
and on this web-site. THANKS!!
IN SEARCH OF A NAME
We have a great group, but an unwieldy
name. (Just try filling out all the forms required to set up a
conference with our current appellation!). We're looking for a
great name and/or handy acronym. Please submit ideas to Amy
Williamsen (preferably by
fax: 520-621-6104). If your suggestion is selected by the steering
committee and you attend the conference, you may even win a prize
(in addition to our eternal gratitude).
