Convivium (Food Representation In Literature, Film, And The Other Arts)
Current Issue Article Submission Editorial Board

Music might, as Shakespeare wrote, be the food of love, but food has long been the love of musicians, painters, poets, filmmakers, and other artists.  A biological need as well as the object of desire, food is such stuff as artistic dreams are made on.

Oil Painting Convivium Artium, an electronic peer reviewed journal published on the World Wide Web, invites submission of articles, written in English, French, German, or Spanish, on food representation in world literature, film and the other arts. To make the most of the electronic format we especially welcome articles that include multimedia components. Convivium Artium will be issued twice a year, in fall and spring.
